We are currently looking for an Ocean Import Coordinator to join our growing team. If you're an experienced customer service professional with a positive attitude then we want to hear from you

Main duties and responsibilities:
As a global logistics expert, you will be responsible for managing the shipment process including scheduling, quoting, cargo insurance, documentation and track/trace products. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to both clients and vendors and ensure on time delivery of products.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in International Freight Forwarding
Must have a deep understanding and appreciation for customer care
Excellent organization, communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
Highly motivated and team player
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Customers
Ability to set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
CIFFA Certification is considered an asset
