Working out of our Canadian headquarters in the West-Island of Montreal, we are looking for someone who is responsible for making sure the movement of freight across the globe is coordinated and executed successfully according to our customer's needs. Your work will support our growing international team.

We teach you the skills necessary to operate in the transportation industry by utilizing our own, proprietary technology. Our rapid growth requires that we constantly add motivated, enthusiastic individuals committed to providing exceptional customer service.

**OCEAN IMPORT COORDINATOR**

**What the Job Entails**:

- Track/ trace ocean shipments;
- Prepare documentation and manifest of import paperwork for customs
- Communicate with clients, carriers and agents.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in international import procedures
- Customer service experience
- Attention to details
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
- Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday
