**About the position**:
5 days a week: 4-5 days in office and 1 day remote

Rate: $30-35, wage will be based on experience.

Benefits: Eligible to enrol in company group benefits after the 3-month probation period.

**What you’ll do**:

- Human Resources:_
- Manage recruitment by posting jobs, conducting interviews, and preparing contracts.
- Onboard new hires, set up accounts and create training plans.
- Assist with performance reviews, organize meetings, and track staff vacation/sick days.
- Address staffing issues, create and implement policies, and ensure compliance with medical audit standards.
- Accounting Support:_
- Triage and allocate incoming bills, reconcile purchases, and report time off to accounting.
- Calculate and track group benefits costs.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting:_
- Update and maintain the company website.
- Troubleshoot EMR systems, phones, printers, and software.
- Research and implement new tech solutions and conduct system audits.
- Manage PAS, CareConnect, and Pathways invites, and send mass communications.
- Operations & Inventory Management:_
- Monitor, order, and organize medical and office supplies to ensure the clinic is properly stocked.
- Manage vaccines, cold chain incidents and AED checks.
- Liaise with pharmaceutical reps and coordinate clinic services (laundry, biohazardous waste disposal, PPE recycling, Meditran, shredding, steam sterilization).
- Provide MD practice support and MOA support as needed.
- Oversee space allocations to accommodate schedule changes and increasing staff needs.
- Direct special projects: office repairs, plumbing, educational training opportunities, in-services.
- Event Planning & Social:_
- Organize the Annual Flu Shot Clinic, Christmas Family Sponsorship, and staff socials.
- Keep staff boards updated with key information.

- You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-physician environment, adept at sorting through a high volume of information from various sources.
- Qualifications:_
- A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as Nursing, Health Care Administration, Science or Business Administration.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems (EMRs) and Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to navigate and utilize these platforms effectively.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience managing staff and operations in a similar role is preferred.
- Recent medical experience is preferred.
- An understanding of human resources principles, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
