**Laser Technician & Clinic Manager / Lead Technician (New Clinic Opening)**

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time

**Pay**:

- **Laser Technician**: $23~ per hour + commission
- **Clinic Manager / Lead Technician**: $32~ per hour + commission & bonus

We are excited to announce the **grand opening of our new medical aesthetics clinic in Vancouver**. Our mission is to provide advanced treatments, personalized care, and a welcoming client experience.

We are hiring for **two levels of positions**:

- **Laser Technician** (2+ years’ experience)
- **Clinic Manager / Lead Laser Technician** (5+ years’ experience, leadership role)

This is a unique opportunity to join our founding team and grow with us from day one.

**Responsibilities**

For Laser Technician (General Track):

- Perform treatments**:Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Microneedling, Facials, Peels, Body treatments**:

- Conduct client consultations and recommend treatment plans
- Assist with **social media updates and client engagement**:

- Promote skincare products, packages, and referral programs

For Clinic Manager / Lead Technician (Manager Track):

- Perform advanced treatments**:Thermage, Ultherapy, Laser Rejuvenation, IPL, Microneedling, Hair Removal, Facials, Body treatments**:

- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff
- Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Manage sales performance, support marketing and promotions
- Handle client escalations and ensure service standards

**Qualifications**

Laser Technician:

- Certified Laser Technician or Medical Aesthetics Certification
- **2+ years’ experience** in laser and aesthetics treatments
- Fluent in English (**Korean or Mandarin preferred**)
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Comfortable with reception/admin tasks
- Sales-oriented mindset

Clinic Manager / Lead Technician:

- **5+ years’ experience** as a Laser Technician / Medical Aesthetician
- **2+ years’ hands-on Thermage & Ultherapy** experience
- Injector license/certification is a **strong asset**:

- Previous **leadership or clinic management experience**:

- Fluent in English (**Korean preferred**)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and sales skills

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Laser Technician**: hourly pay + commission
- **Clinic Manager / Lead Technician**: hourly pay + commission & bonus
- Commission:

- 10% on skincare product sales
- 10% on package sales
- 15% on referrals (first appointment)
