Imperial Dade Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Montreal. The Pricing Coordinator is accountable for maintaining the integrity of the pricing database. This position will calculate new prices, review existing prices and analyze profitability. They will also review and implement customer specific deviated vendor contracts. There is strict adherence to deadlines required. They will also create and maintain customer price lists and build cross functional relationships within the team and across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key contact for information relative to pricing, tax discrepancies and vendor contracted cost.
- Activate initial setup and ongoing maintenance of all pricing files.
- Review cost changes and price according to customer specific contracts
- Focus on margin enhancement and margin erosion.
- Supports a continuous improvement mindset and shares enhancement ideas.
- Maintain tax information for assigned accounts, in accordance with provincial and federal tax guidelines.
- Input, update and distribute vendor contracted cost data and documentation as required.
- Generate custom reports for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze pricing for anomalies and errors.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, takes ownership and is an innovative thinker.
- Bilingual French and English
- Knowledge of paper pricing is an asset.
- Problem solving skills.
- Advanced in using Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Access, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Superior interpersonal skills/versatile when interacting with different working styles.
- Exhibit a high level of motivation and a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and has the ability to adapt to change.
- Post-secondary education related to Business/Business Administration required.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a finance-based position; Accounting, Data Processing or Pricing is preferred.
- Customer Experience is an asset.
