We are URGENTLY looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative in our Customer Success Department to cover our Quebec and Eastern Canada sales regions. In this role you will be part of the front line inside team at Spector & CO, helping customers with their inquiries based on pricing and quoting logistics, product selection, order management & anything and everything they might need to help get their orders in, produced, and shipped out the door Our Customer Service Representatives are territory based so you'll get to know your customers
well and we will rely on your outstanding personality to build and maintain strong customer relationships for our company. We're looking for people that have an uncompromised passion for sales and customer satisfaction

**Job tasks include but are not limited to the following**:

- Strong focus on relationship building and establishing customer loyalty to the Spector Brand/Products.
- Accountability and ownership of the designated territory/accounts, with the goal of excelling in service and contributing to sales growth, while working alongside the outside sales team.
- Sales ability to work with a customer on an opportunity using the tools provided to you to maximize and confirm the order.
- Customer visits and attend Trade Shows in designated territory 2 - 3 times per year - you'll need to have a valid passport

**Skills/Requirements**:

- 1-3 years relevant work experience in a sales or customer service-related industry.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service. You love working with people, making

them happy and helping their business grow.
- Exceptional team player. You can be a captain and a mascot too
- Bilingual French & English (written & oral) - Strong French speaking is a MUST.
- Must have initiative, be reliable, and able to work autonomously. Like it is your own business.
- Logistics knowledge for quoting purposes.
- Experience in the promotional items industry considered an asset.

**This is currently a hybrid position working 3 days in the office and 2 from home**
