**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Prepare and maintain daily and seasonal schedules according to budgets and business levels
- Prepare invoicing and track payment of all Childcare products
- Assist with all asset management, purchasing and inventory processes of Snow School, Kids at Blue and Summer Programming
- Troubleshoot sales and bookings of Kids at Blue, Snow School
- Keep up-to-date information on all Kids at Blue, Snow School staff
- Coordinate pre-season communication with program participants.
- Support and help train the Information and Reservation and Guest Services teams with regards to Kids at Blue, Snow School and Summer Programming products
