Major duties will include : guest service at lesson sales locations, hiring, scheduling, class assignments, training and evaluating of s ales and instructor staff. These Supervisors must demonstrate superior interpersonal skills, and the understanding of business principles and efficient organizational skills. They wi ll follow all policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes. **WHAT WILL I BE DOING?** - Allocate lessons to Instructors - Ensure Team Leaders have the necessary support to assist you with the operation of the learning center - Payroll submissions and editing - Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls - Provide staff with on hill support when the opportunity presents itself - Provide staff with immediate feedback when performance issues and good work are observed - Refer to the daily staff feedback when completing the individual pros seasonal performance evaluations - Manage the "Employee and Guest Experience" **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** - ** Previous Ski / Snowboard instructing experience**: - ** Experienced CSIA/CASI Level II, III or IV**: - Previous leadership experience - Must be able to work outdoors in a physical role and lift up to 50 lbs - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays (Christmas, Family Day weekend and March Break) - Successful applicants who are 18 years of age or older will be required to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check **BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW** Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
