Our company that is looking for a Solar Installer is a construction company that services Mississauga, ON, and the surrounding areas.

- Possess class G driver’s license (or higher)
- Physically fit (be able to lift 40 kg)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Willing to have flexible work schedule

o Working indoor and outdoor in various conditions

o Length of workday can vary depending on requirements of the installation
- Possess strong sense of integrity, commitment to the environment, and honesty
- Can take directions and follow instructions
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Can prioritise and multitask
- Maintains positive attitude, willing to learn, and shows initiative
- Work as part of a team or individually equally well
- Willing to have criminal records check if requested

Duties May Include
- Assisting with design of renewable energy systems
- Assisting with the installation of ground mounted and/or roof mounted solar racking systems, photovoltaic modules, solar pool heating collectors, batteries for off-grid systems, inverters and other renewable energy system components
- General labour including site cleanup, trenching, cement work, packaging components for shipping, other duties as assigned
