We are currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Solar Installer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for renewable energy and want to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties according to design specifications and safety standards
- Assemble and install solar modules, mounting hardware, and electrical equipment
- Connect solar panels and electrical systems, ensuring proper voltage and configuration
- Perform site inspections and assessments to determine the best installation approach
- Troubleshoot and maintain solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance and address any issues
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with customers to ensure a seamless installation experience
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry advancements and best practices

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in solar installation or a related field (e.g. electrical, roofing, construction)
- Working at Heights certification and a valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret design schematics and electrical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and on different types of roofs

**Assets**:

- Solar installation or electrician certification
- Experience with battery storage systems

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.43 per hour
