**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and managing vendor payments.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Office management.
- Manage shipping & receiving requests and deliveries.
- Handle online orders, including shipping and receiving.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with Quickbooks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
