Clinic Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional Clinic Coordinator who can work out of our Mississauga Clinic.
**Requirements**:
~ Minimum 1 year experience working in a clinical setting with with knowledge of orthopaedic products (bracing, compression socks, orthotics etc), and therapy (Chiro, Massage, Physio) preferred.
- Passion for health and wellness
~ Able to provide highest quality customer service to our clients.
~ Extremely self-motivated and self-sufficient
~ Excellent phone manners & outstanding people skills.
~ Responsible, well organized and able to multi-task.
~ Proficient on the computer
Job Duties:
- Booking appointments in timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members and stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify client information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening and making recommendations as required
- Provide direct billing for clients requiring Physio, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy.
- Assist clients in Insurance billing processes as needed
- Operate payment processes/terminal
- Some sales required
- Other duties as requested
**Hours/Days: Tuesday 11:30am-7:30pm, Thursday 11:30am-7:30pm, Some Saturdays may be required.**
