We are looking for someone who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Someone who is focused, very organized, has multitasking abilities, and is detail oriented.
This person will ensure that the clinic is running smoothly and efficiently, while our customers are receiving quality care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people to heal and is interested in learning quantum medicine and out of the box strategies.
Job description:
- Scheduling appointments, processing service packages for clients using booker scheduling program
- Monitors client’s satisfaction and takes corrective action as necessary to improve customer care
- Becomes familiar with all the therapies that Reverse Aging Clinic offers to assist clients with proper education such as: Quantum Biofeedback, EIS, Colon Hydrotherapy, PEMF therapy, QHHT,
- To do list completed in the timely manner certain things need to occur upon opening the clinic
- i.e. Diffusers, print out of daily client schedule for Biofeedback practitioner, preparing client forms, clinic music playlist etc.
- Collecting invoices, process payments, file once completed.
- Ensuring clinic space is clean and presentable.
This clinic Coordinator is Tech savvy, experienced in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and is eager to learn.
Fluent in English, other languages spoken are considered as an asset.
Coordinator could work as an Apprentice building their own practice within our umbrella using our technologies to evaluate their client’s health.
Rate per hour for Clinic Coordinator Subcontractor will be $20 per hour plus incentives and the clinic will offer $1000 Reverse Aging gift card to employees who can use on services after they pass the probation period of 3 months. Friends and family discounts are eligible if subcontractor has been with the company for over 6 months. Subcontractor will have an unlimited use of services offered for those that no practitioner is required. Flexible work schedule is negotiable. Office hours are from 10AM-6Pm
Wednesday to Saturday, clinic may be open longer depending on therapy occurring and it may open more days.
Subcontractor % rate which will be negotiated depending on the experience.
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
