**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries via text
- Confirm client appointments and manage daily scheduling
- Take before & after photos and upload them to the client's file
- Topically numb clients before treatments
- End-of-day cleaning and resetting of treatment areas
- Assist with basic social media tasks (like capturing behind-the-scenes content or posting updates)

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfort with technology—booking systems, texting apps, photo uploading, etc.
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Able to maintain client confidentiality and uphold high standards of discretion
- Flexible and reliable with a strong team-player attitude
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

You’re a great fit if you:

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using booking or CRM systems
- Are detail-oriented, dependable, and love a tidy space
- Have a passion for skincare, aesthetics, or wellness
