**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and train staff, manage performance.
- Control labor costs and food waste.
- Handle inventory, supplier orders, and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Customer service and daily operation
- Work ~40 hrs/week on-site, plus on-call availability during operating hours for emergencies

**Experience**
- Proven 2+ years' experience in food-service management or a similar role with a strong focus on sales management.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in merchandising and inventory control.
- Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in training & development of staff members through effective leadership practices.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to retail environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and customer interactions.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
