Paper is looking for an IT Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Internal Operations, the IT Manager is an integral part of Paper's IT organization. You will lead our Help Desk and Corporate Systems Administration teams to provide outstanding service to our employees with their day-to-day IT needs along with finding creative and unique resolutions to any complex challenges that may come their way.

The IT Manager is responsible for the design, deployment, and operations of systems and equipment supporting the business ensuring all optimized day-to-day operations and performance. You will guide day-to-day user support, strategic initiatives roll-out, and implementation across all business divisions.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and reporting on allocation of the IT budget
- Handle business-critical IT tasks
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
- Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
- Coach, guide, and manage staff members in their daily activities as well as supporting business projects
- Support security policies and guidelines to protect the company's network, systems, and data
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors to achieve desired business outcomes
- Accountable for the development of overall management processes and IT decision-making to ensure and enhance corporate IT governance
- Work closely with our Product Engineering group
- Responsible for overall network management and performance for our current and future physical offices

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in IT management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients to assess and document needs and issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, objectives, and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
