We are looking for an IT Manager to work closely with the heads of departments to determine their needs and gauge the performance of the team.

**_**This is a hybrid role, it requires onsite presence 2 days a week. The office is located in Anjou.**_**

**Responsibilities**
- Train, coach and mentor support team members (Level 1 / 2)
- Oversee the team activities, growth and development
- Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Manage all assets including computers, mobiles, and other hardware to ensure proper service level within budget limits
- Establish relationships with vendors to maintain daily operational needs
- Manage budget
- Ensure Information and Technology compliance with laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience leading IT operations
- Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems and IT operations best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience leading initiatives across the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
