**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

**Duties**
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions to ensure all stakeholder needs are captured accurately.
- Support project leads in tracking progress, managing resources, and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes to support future reference and audits.

**Skills**
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred).
- Basic understanding of cost control principles related to project management.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members towards common objectives.
- Knowledge of systems relevant to project management processes is advantageous.
- Experience or familiarity with Workday is a plus but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and root cause analysis.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Business Management or any other related fields.
- SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change Certification is highly regarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $400.00-$450.00 per day
