As the **Sustainable IT Manager,** you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the sustainability of our information technology infrastructure and operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize energy consumption, and ensure responsible resource management within our IT department

1° - Measure impact Sustainable IT strategy
- Analyses the environmental footprint of the information system through relevant KPIs, monthly followed
- Monitor performance for Data Centers energy consumption & bring expertise to enhancement plans.
- Contribute to automation of KPI reporting.

2° - Increase knowledge linked to Sustainable IT
- Induce a return of experience culture, as a base of the continuous improvement approach.
- Promote the Sustainable IT approach and Ecodesign through awareness sessions, events or actions of advice, to the different stakeholders.
- Organize interactions and exchanges between multifunctional team members, to encourage group thinking and share the constraints.
- Communicate and make visible projects launched and realized, inside and outside IM organization.
- Improve awareness and communication kits. Animate sessions under request.

3° - Support related initiative
- Centralize data as inputs for international benchmark & present results.
- Realize analysis regarding IT usage, and propose a plan (eWaste Management, printing reduction, EcoDesign facilitation, re-use of existing Hardware )
- Contribute to risks and opportunities management.

5° - Deliverables
- Project Management (small project size)
- Best practices analysis and proposals,
- Market analysis.
- Guidelines & referential handbook
- Business case
- Presentation, awareness sessions

**Required skills**
- Understanding & expertise of Environmental challenges for Information Systems
- Knowledge or interest in data analytics
- Proactive and problem solving skills
- IT background (education and/or experience)
- High degree of autonomy and drive to progress the project.
- Ability to communicate easily with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work on multiple dossiers simultaneously
- High level of adaptability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (French and English) both spoken and written
- Good knowledge G Suite tools.
- Collaboration with the team members and stakeholders
- Communication skills : from building communication plans to negotiation with stakeholders

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT project management: 3 years (preferred)
- Data analytics: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
