**Location - Montréal-Nord, QC**
We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in Building Mechanical Systems and Energy Efficiency to join our team in Montreal. You will be responsible for managing energy efficiency projects, coordinating technical teams, as well as designing and executing various project files.
**Your Main Responsibilities**:
Supervise designers and analysts in their respective tasks.
Identify and recommend energy efficiency measures or decarbonization strategies.
Lead the development of these energy efficiency measures.
Conduct assessments of mechanical equipment and systems.
Delegate tasks within the project team.
Plan and lead meetings with maintenance and operations teams.
Draft and oversee the preparation of study reports.
Ensure the quality of deliverables.
Manage the project budget, timelines, and both internal and external communications.
Prepare and lead coordination meetings with clients.
**Profile**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy efficiency.
Experience in Project management.
Analytical mindset and technical creativity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in French, with a good knowledge of English.
Strong listening skills and adaptability to different contexts.
Motivation driven by sustainability values.
Willingness to work in a hybrid mode.
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
