**Dynamic Fenestration**

Dynamic Fenestration, a leader in custom fenestration solutions, is seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee and optimize our shipping operations. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in managing complex, custom product shipments—including cross-border and international logistics in North America.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of shipping for custom products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to clients.
- Oversee freight operations, including carrier selection, rate negotiation, and relationship management with shipping suppliers.
- Plan, organize, and track shipments—domestically and internationally—ensuring compliance with all customs, import/export, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation, minimize costs, and improve service levels.
- Manage all aspects of the Finished Goods Area, including receiving products from the plant and ensuring efficient storage and organization of inventory.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales, customer service) and external partners (customs brokers, carriers) to resolve shipping issues.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation; analyze logistics performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout shipping operations.
- Lead, train, and supervise the shipping team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on cost management, customer communication and customs management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-border (US/Canada) and international freight management, including customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not a requirement).
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions under pressure, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) are an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
