**Position Overview**: As the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance. Your role will include managing KPIs, coaching and development, assessing and managing our workforce, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing and inventory control. You will help lead the warehouse through technology changes as we are at the beginning stages of going from paper picking to a full Warehouse Management System.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Team Management**:

- Oversee a team of 6 full-time employees
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide coaching, training, and development
- Conduct performance reviews
- Assess and manage workforce requirements, including recruitment and offboarding
- **Warehouse Efficiency**:

- Develop and implement procedures
- Ensure orders are picked and shipped on time and accurately
- Manage purchase orders (POs) - counted, put away, and received on time and accurately
- Coordinate weekly deliveries from a US Receiving Warehouse
- Maintain inventory control, including location management and cycle counts
- Oversee equipment maintenance (Reach Truck, Work Assist Vehicles, Scissor Lift, Hino Cabover Box Truck, Vertical Lift Modules)
- Manage warehouse and shipping supplies
- Coordinating with other departments to achieve company goals
- Health, Safety & Compliance - ensure proper storage and shipping of dangerous goods

**Skills Required**:

- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to quickly and easily learn new software

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
