**POSITION**: Warehouse Supervisor (Night) REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

**SHIFT**: Monday to Friday TIME: 02:00 am to 10:30 am

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Warehouse team Our Warehouse Supervisor will oversee a team of 18-20 hourly employees per shift in a very busy and rapidly growing warehouse environment. You will be responsible for meeting warehouse targets through management and accountability of hourly employees and will ensure compliance with safety, quality, policies, and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- You have strong supervisory skills including highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

EXPERIENCE
- You have 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience
- You have experience with ERP and WMS systems

NICE-TO-HAVE
- Warehousing experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Project management skills/experience
- APICS/CPIM designation

THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Conducting daily safety inspections and maintaining safe work environment
- Hold daily huddles and weekly meetings discussing current and past topics
- Manage and coordinate outbound shipments
- Reviewing calendar and appointments to ensure loads are ready to ship
- Monitoring and assisting in storage of completed orders
- Provide training and support to staffing on daily work objectives
- Assisting in warehouse functions as needed
- Arranging and coordinating repairs of equipment
- Supervise all warehouse functions
- Conducting daily cycle counts with investigation of variances
- Ensuring we are meeting our inventory accuracy target
- Enter, manage, and present on KPI data of daily work activities
- Evaluate employee performance through evaluations
- Review, coordinate, and ensure department activities meet financial budget and goals
- Fully optimize warehouse, freezer, and cooler spaces practicing FEFO
- Ensuring freezer is organized and product stored as per designated areas
- Operators are compliant to KPI’s objectives

OTHER
- Valid Forklift Certification
- Available to work 02:00 am to 10:30 am, Monday to Friday
