**What it's all about**:
As a tactful service professional, you're committed to providing financial and administrative services to our customers in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations within the Credit Department's established policies and procedures. You are committed to cultivating and maintaining excellent partnerships with a diverse team of people and to delivering service excellence to our customers while minimizing risk to Flanagan Foodservice.

**What you'll do**:

- Maintain effective cycle management of a designated Accounts Receivable portfolio;
- Achieve DSO and cash collection targets;
- Complete accurate posting of customer payments within established timeframes;
- Investigate, administer and resolve account reconciliations;
- Develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external customers.

**What we need**:

- Two years previous experience in a similar role required;
- Effective verbal and written communications skills required;
- Strong collections skills for B2B and consumer-based relationships;
- Strong problem solving skills with experience handling challenging and sensitive situations;
- Excellent organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills required;
- Completion of Credit Basics Certification, or working towards certification preferred;
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This position will support a Day Shift schedule, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am -5:00 pm in Kitchener.
