Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring
- Cook and season food according to recipes or personal judgment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic food handling and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely food preparation
- Ability to work well unsupervised as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Note: This is not an entry level position. We are a predominantly scatch cook kitchen. Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of cooking is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
