We need a **Line Cook/Prep Cook** who can keep the kitchen sizzling and the guests smiling

**Position Overview**: As a **Line Cook/Prep Cook**, you’ll help bring our menu to life, making everything from scratch, and helping our kitchen team stay organized and efficient. You’ll chop, slice, sauté, and plate like a true beachside culinary champion. If you’re quick, precise, and have a passion for delicious food and ocean breezes, this is the perfect gig for you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prep like a pro**: Chop, dice, and slice your way through veggies, proteins, and pasta.
- **Cook up a storm**: Handle your station with confidence, cooking everything from fresh pizzas to pasta and everything in between.
- **Keep it fresh**: Help maintain inventory and ensure food quality is always top-notch.
- **Work well with the crew**: Collaborate with your teammates to create a seamless kitchen operation.
- **Keep the kitchen clean**: Maintain a tidy workspace, ensuring all prep and cooking areas are sanitary.
- **Stay cool under pressure**: We’re a high-volume spot, but if you can handle the heat, you’ll fit right in.
- **Maintain food safety**: Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure everything is cooked to perfection and safe to eat.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a **Line Cook** or **Prep Cook** in a fast-paced environment (extra points if you’ve worked with Italian food or near the beach)
- A love for cooking, especially **Italian cuisine**.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes precisely.
- A team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
- Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
