**Position Description**

This individual is the first point of contact for our builder cliental, brings service excellence that is of the highest quality and leaves them with the strong impression that they have been listened to and that they will be looked after. Providing careful and accurate attention to the many calendars and schedules used to coordinate our builder client installations and follow up service. Processing of paperwork and data entry for customers and technicians, are also key aspects of quality customer service.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering the phone and modifying the schedule to best impact the workload of our field staff.
- Scheduling custom home builders calendars based on material delivery dates.
- Coordinating the installers and preparing workloads based on clients’ needs and closing dates.
- Coordinating site checks for our foreman to check sites in advance of our installers.
- managing shared inbox for builder warranty and service-related work.
- Acts as liaison between clients and company. - Answer client and customer questions. - Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints. - Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
- Provides customers with updates, ETA's, schedules Planned Maintenance visits, and contacts subagents, technicians, and others as needed.
- Builds positive relationships with all builders through active listening and providing opportunities to the customer for better service

**Education, Experience, And Licenses/Certifications** - High school graduation required.

- Ability to process information professionally, quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work in an atmosphere of respect and care and provide support to team members.
- Able to handle stress and resolve conflict.
- Data entry needs to be precise as it is relied on to provide the customer, dispatch, and technicians with correct information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
