**About us**

EOS Holdings Inc. is a leading construction company specializing in creating beautiful and high quality decks for residential home builders. We take pride in our commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Deck Builders to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the construction team to plan and execute deck projects.
- Measure, cut, and install various materials, including wood and composite decking.
- Ensure the quality and precision of deck installations.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and work effectively with colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Some prior experience in deck construction or related fields.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to commute to Dunrobin, Kanata.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
