Role Summary:_**

Our Ottawa Branch is looking for an Installation Coordinator to schedule, motivate and support Chubb technicians and third party subcontractors in system installations, and project management during the installation process. This position assists in planning of installation and commissioning for security systems including computer equipment, networking, intrusion alarms, intercoms and CCTV while adhering to established internal and external guidelines. This position will also focus on customer satisfaction to ensure installation contracts are completed on time and in scope.

Key Job Responsibilities:_**
- Under the direction of the Field Supervisor you will schedule installation jobs with our team of technicians and sub-contractors
- Operational coordination of small-scale projects using available resources
- Project approximate completion dates for installation work(s) and assign dates within the appropriate systems
- Ensure installation jobs are tracked and closed out in a timely manner.
- Issue and track purchase order numbers as required
- Assist with forecasting of project revenue using ‘percentage of completion’ on major jobs (with the assistance of others where applicable)
- Source approved resources or materials for installation projects where required

Qualifications:_**
- Post Secondary Education in Office Administration or an otherwise related discipline an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales administration environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 required
- Bilingual French and English will be highly preferred
- Industry experience in security will be an asset but not required
- Ability to prioritize and be self-motivated and desire to work on a winning team
- Ability to work under pressure with meeting timelines
- Excellent presentation and time management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building relationships - with a strong client service orientation
- Adaptable to changing environments
- ** Must be able to obtain government security clearance.**
