Human Resources Generalist

Duties include Recruiting, Managing Employee relations, Managing compensation and benefits packages, Handling disciplinary needs, Ensuring compliance with Labour laws and regulations, Overseeing training programs, Supporting employee development and Assisting employees.
- Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
- Administer compensation program; monitor performance evaluation program and revise as necessary
- Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience with contract administration
- Conflict management skills
