**Key Responsibilities**:
Recruitment & Hiring Support:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Prepare onboarding materials, assist with new hire paperwork, orientation logistics, and exit documentation.

Employee Records & HRIS:
Maintain accurate employee files, update HR systems, and track key dates like probation and anniversaries.

Employee Support & Communication:
Respond to general HR inquiries, distribute HR communications, and support employee events and training.

Administrative Support:
Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and maintain HR templates and calendars.

**Qualifications**:
Certificate or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
Familiarity with Canadian employment standards
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
