Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules and Outlook Calendar appointments.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects and initiatives.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during executive meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with citizens and team members.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- OH&S Committee experience an asset
- Experience with budgets and expenses and asset
- Developing internal processes and filing systems an asset
- Driver's license
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
