Administrative Coordinator

Intron Health - Ajax, ON

Intron Health is a medical professional firm that specializes in providing Independent Medical Examination services to the Ontario automobile insurance and medical-legal community. We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to support our administrative needs, including support of our orthopaedic surgeons, in the delivery of high quality medical assessment services to their clients.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated knowledge of medical/orthopaedic/musculoskeletal terminology
- Experience working with medical professionals
- Experience and competence dealing with patients
- Customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office software programs
- Familiarity with Quickbooks is an asset
