- Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time

**Location**:

- We are located at the major intersection of Markham Road & McNicoll Avenue, near the Markham & Scarborough border (2901 Markham Road, Unit-7, Scarborough, ON M1X 0B6).

**Commute**:

- Should be easily commuting or willing to relocate near to our centre.

**The requirement for all the Clinical Assistants**:

- Medical degree - **MD, MBBS or MBBCh**:

- Should be **Computer literate** and willing to learn **EMR**.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill

**For Clinical Assistants - To help Physicians**:

- Pass in MCCQE Part 1 or USMLE Step 1&2 is a must
- Familiar / Experience with Phlebotomy required
- Familiar / Experience with SQ / IM injections needed
- Assisting physicians in regular patient care & procedures.
- Pay will be: $20-$24 per hour

**For Clinical Assistants - To mainly work at the Front Office**
- Excellent Customer Care ability required
- Professional Telephone etiquette needed
- Multi-tasking skills needed
- Exposure to clinical care provided
- Pass in MCCQE Part 1 or USMLE Step 2 is preferred
- Pay will be: $18 - $22 per hour

**Soft Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctuality and attentiveness
- Ability to multitask in an organized and structured manner.
- Interpersonal skills with patients, and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain patient and clinic confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

**Expected Responsibilities**:

- Become part of the Clinical team
- Communicating with the patients & Physicians.
- Competence with history taking & recording vital signs
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Administrative tasks (filing, sorting, labeling, faxing, copying, etc.)
