Office Manager/administrative Assistant

**The role would be to**:
Manage/coordinate all office and business administrative requirements including
Interface with building management, cleaners, etc as required
Interface with IT/suppliers on office technical matters including
laptop/computer equipment maintenance,
telephone system menu and settings changes,
copiers and other leased equipment support;
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier;
Interface with government bodies/school boards and coordinate with internal legal department and office staff on compliance matters (travel agency permit renewals, insurance renewals, school board favored supplier submissions, for example);
Manage and order office supplies;
Help with onboarding and offboarding staff;
Coordinate teams to clean kitchen, take care of office plants etc;
Arrange and Manage senior management travel (mínimal);
Manage transportation, catering, space and equipment requirements for internal training sessions and office events;
**Requirements**:
Must be proficient (written and oral) French and English
Intermediate level MS office Word and Excel; Power Point an asset
Job requires being in the office full time.”
