Reporting to the Co-President, the incumbent focuses on business strategies to plan, develop, and deploy all HR activities.
The individual will be responsible for reviewing the structure of our Human Resources Department as well as developing the department's strategic plan that will support that of our growing company.
They will play an advisory role to the leaders of each business unit, including the head office located in Coteau-du-Lac, Quebec Canada as well as our other offices located in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Develop the strategy and objectives adapted to the company's growth plan.
- Support managers to increase organizational performance and employee engagement in a context of change and growth.
- Develop programs for the development and retention of the next generation of employees
- Support managers in the identification and implementation of projects aimed at optimizing business processes and organizational structures
- Contribute to improving the CAT experience within our various companies.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related discipline
- Masters degree would be an asset
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR management position including experience with organizational development and change management.
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), Spanish is an asset o Experience in immigration

- Excellent knowledge of Canadian and U.S. labour laws (Mexico is an asset)
