Overview

Reporting to the Controller, the Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating outbound and inbound shipments, organizing orders, drilling and sizing stability posts, and supporting daily warehouse and company operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, safe, and timely movement of goods while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Core Responsibilities
- Organize outbound merchandise to ensure shipments are accurate and complete
- Coordinate and support the loading and unloading of trucks and delivery vehicles
- Assist with cutting and pre-drilling Millesime wine rack stability posts using CNC machine or drill press
- Perform occasional assembly of Millesime wine rack components
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external logistics partners
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
- Support order preparation and fulfillment activities
- Complete additional duties as needed to support operations

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma (DES)
- 1+ year experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Ability to use machinery, like drill press
- Experience with CNC machinery preferred, or a willingness to learn
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 23kg/50 lbs and perform hands-on, manual work
- Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English
- Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, positive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with computers; Excel knowledge a plus

Relevant du contrôleur, le spécialiste des opérations d'entrepôt est responsable de la coordination des expéditions sortantes et entrantes, de l'organisation des commandes, du forage et du dimensionnement des poteaux de stabilité, ainsi que du soutien aux opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt et de l'entreprise. Responsabilités principales
- Organisez la marchandise sortante afin d'assurer que les expéditions soient exactes et complètes
- Coordonner et soutenir le chargement et le déchargement des camions et des véhicules de livraison
- Aide à la découpe et au pré-perçage des poteaux de stabilité du rack à vin Millesime à l'aide d'une machine CNC ou d'une perceuse à colonne
- Effectuer l'assemblage occasionnel de composants de présentoirs à vin Millesime
- Communiquez clairement avec les équipes internes et les partenaires logistiques externes
- Maintenir un environnement d'entrepôt organisé, propre et efficace
- Soutenir les activités de préparation et de traitement des commandes
- Accomplir des tâches supplémentaires au besoin pour soutenir les opérations

Qualifications et compétences
- Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES)
- 1+ année d'expérience dans un rôle d'entrepôt ou de logistique
- Capacité à utiliser des machines, comme la perceuse à colonne
- Expérience avec la machinerie CNC préférée, ou volonté d'apprendre
- Solides compétences de base en mathématiques et attention aux détails
- Capable de soulever jusqu'à 23 kg/50 lbs et d'effectuer un travail manuel manuel

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
