We work with individuals in the city of Red Deer and area, with our office located in Red Deer. **The Job**

Directly accountable to the Executive Director and as an integral member of the Leadership Team, this position is responsible for the operation, monitoring, evaluation and support of services provided to individuals with disabilities with a focus on the achievement of positive personal outcomes and successful community inclusion while operating in accordance with standards set out by Disability Services, Protection for Persons in Care, Occupational Health and Safety, CARF Accreditation Standards, Alberta Employment Standards and other applicable governing bodies.

**This is a permanent fulltime position with excellent benefits and paid sick days.**

**Qualifications**

Post-secondary diploma in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Disability & Community Studies or a relevant field plus minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.

Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and oversight of programs for individuals with disabilities.

Ability to create and sustain relationships within the organization as well as with partner agencies, community and other stakeholders

Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication
Clear Vulnerable Sector check

Training in Social Role Valorization is an asset

Knowledge of current computer and related technology
