This role ensures high-quality, person-centred community support services for adults with disabilities living in continuing care facilities, while maintaining accountability to funder requirements.This is a community-based leadership role focused on social inclusion, planning, and program oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Oversight & LeadershipOversee daily operations of the community programEnsure services align with program guidelines and funding requirementsSupervise and support Community Support WorkersEnsure continuity and quality of service deliveryLiaise with continuing care facilities, community partners, and referral sourcesSupport development of community partnerships and service linkagesAddress service delivery challenges and risks proactivelyAdministrative & Financial OversightMonitor program budgets and expendituresEnsure funds are used appropriately and tracked accuratelySupport audits and funder reviews as requiredRequired QualificationsDiploma or degree in Human Services, Social Work, Community Support, Disability Studies, or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience in: Needs-based assessmentsProgram coordination or case managementSupporting adults with disabilitiesStrong documentation and reporting skillsExperience working with vulnerable populationsAssets (Preferred)Experience working with continuing care or long-term care environmentsExperience managing government-funded programsKnowledge of community resources in Central AlbertaAdditional InformationStart Date: End of February 2026If you are interested and pass the required qualification.
