Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct data entry and maintain HRIS systems up to date.
- Assist with training development and delivery to ensure employees have the necessary skills for their roles
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries or issues
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
