We are located at: 80 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M6N 5H4 **Qualifications** - Train, and supervise all Tearistas in all aspects of their job responsibilities including customer service, company history, product knowledge, and basic store operations - Develop all Tearistas by engaging them to build their skills so they realize their personal best, both as individuals and as thriving teams - Handle employee relations issues and or concerns, up-level to a Manager if necessary - Maintain adequate floor coverage while maintaining a strong self presence behind the counter to ensure a high speed of service - Model suggestive selling techniques and excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience for our customers, and a high-morale work environment for fellow team members - Ensure that all product presentation is maintained to company standards - Maintain store safety - Identify and discuss operational issues/concerns with Operating Manager - Utilize an efficient and organized office filing and in-store communication system - Constantly drive to build sales and improve profitability by continually building business acumen, efficiency and problem-solving skills - Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room - Maintain an effective cleaning schedule to prolong the life of all equipment - Quickly report all equipment issues to a Manager as soon as possible - Integrate the business with the community to create positive experiences for our customers and all team members **Required Skills and Abilities** - Effective Communication - Developed Interpersonal Skills - Desire to be a leader - Attention for detail - Ability to multi-task - Works well under pressure - Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all Chatime employees - Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays - Must be able to change schedules due to needs of the business when needed - Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in Canada **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 40 per week **Salary**: $18.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: - English not required Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Night shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Tips Work Location: In person
