**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion, including logistics, catering, and venue selection.
- Develop and manage event budgets to ensure financial success.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services at competitive prices.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and during events.
- Market events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the overall event experience.
- Organize timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Collaborate with restaurant and hotel staff as needed to coordinate catering and accommodations for guests.

- Strong budgeting skills to manage event finances effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

- Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is a plus.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance event offerings.

Pay: $22.96-$24.99 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
