A career at Blossom Shop is both rewarding and demanding. We remain committed to exceeding every customer's expectations—something that’s not always easy, but it’s the standard we hold ourselves to. If you are offered and accept the role of Flower Store Manager, you must be prepared to work some evenings, weekends, and extended hours during the three major holidays in the floral industry: Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

- Prepare floral orders;
- Work in partnership with Customer Service and Purchasing Department, and Marketing to maximize store operation;
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;
- Maintain inventory control;
- Ensure a high level of store maintenance;
- Orienting, training, developing, motivating and managing employees;
- Controlling payroll budget and scheduling staff efficiently;
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach and attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Motivated and creative team player
- Strong training and professional development skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
- Basic computer knowledge

Store hours: Monday
- Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 9AM-4PM, Sunday closed

**Salary**: based on experience

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
