We are an independent third wave coffee shop based in Carleton Place's historic downtown shopping district. Our mission is to provide a space for spontaneous community connections. We serve locally roasted and sustainably sourced premium coffee, artisanal treats and delectable sandwiches and wraps.

- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds (milk crates are heavy)
- Someone with strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Someone with previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is a plus, but passion and enthusiasm are the main ingredients we seek⁠

**Kitchen Assistant Duties**:

- Preparing mouthwatering sandwiches, wraps and delectable treats.⁠
- Cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients.
- Assist with managing inventory and waste
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep the kitchen sparkling clean and organized, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.⁠
- Collaborate with our team to create sensational food & beverage experiences. ⁠

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
