A career at Blossom Shop, while very rewarding, is also very demanding. We never forget our goal of exceeding each customer's expectations. That's not always easy, but that's what we expect from one another. If you are offered and accept a position as Flower Store Manager, you must be willing to work some evenings and weekends and extended hours during the 3 major flower industry holidays: Christmas, Valentines Day and Mother's Day.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

- Prepare floral orders;
- Work in partnership with Customer Service and Purchasing Department, and Marketing to maximize store operation;
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;
- Maintain inventory control;
- Ensure a high level of store maintenance;
- Orienting, training, developing, motivating and managing employees;
- Controlling payroll budget and scheduling staff efficiently;
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

- Strong training and professional development skills

- Basic computer knowledge

Store hours: Monday
- Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 9AM-4PM, Sunday closed

**Salary**: from $45 000

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
