**Role**: Account Executive

**Reports to**: Director of Sales
This strategic role will work with autonomy to generate long-term customer relationships and close deals. We seek someone who, through deliberate practice, can gain knowledge and leadership skills in this dynamic business. Someone who could ultimately cause a great impact by helping our partners with our White Hat services. Our main focus lies on Community Building, which in turn results in Sales at Scale.
This role is a relationship-driven endeavor, focusing on strategic communication and decision-making to balance risk and growth opportunities as well as shape discussions with stakeholders.
It is essential this person has advanced sales techniques and a consumption-driven mindset to counteract non-optimal outcomes and can correct actions in responding to and reversing negative trends.
**Responsibilities**
- Quickly qualifying, pursuing and closing key plays
- Establishing and maintaining key account relationships
- Serving as prospective clients' main point of contact and working with other departments as needed to provide answers and service
- Providing return on investment (ROI) solutions in the form of product and service proposals
- Continuously updating and maintaining active deals for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data
- Reaching and exceeding monthly and quarterly quota
- Vertical expertise preferred, not required
- Driving self-created new business opportunities, handling inbound leads
- Coordinating and presenting online demos of Quickpass and our related services;
- Nurturing warm leads until they’re ready to enter the sales cycle and driving them through to contract
- Coordinating with your colleagues in Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
- Analyzing sales metrics data to drive the sales strategy
**Qualifications and Skills**
- You have at least 2 years of experience in successfully selling B2B software (ideally SaaS);
- You have an inner drive to get out there and focus on closing deals
- You can provide us with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding your revenue goals
- You can easily detect a customer’s main preoccupation, your persuasion skills are an effective mix of excellent product knowledge and authentic value pitching
- You have a vibrant, dynamic, positive, energetic personality; a motivator with a “can do” attitude
- You like to network, you are at ease with the spotlight and with connecting with new people
- Bachelor's degree or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Hunter driven mentality
- Superior communication skills with the ability to make clear, compelling and value-focused sales presentations
- A strong work ethic and goal-oriented attitude is required
- Excellent time-management skills with the discipline to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced, structured selling environment
Nice to have
- Understanding of IT and Cybersecurity
- Understanding of the Managed Service Provider Market
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or other degree related to creativity
