Job Title: Social Media and Customer Service Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate with content team to produce engaging and high-quality video content for our YouTube channel
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop and execute campaigns that align with our brand values and goals
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media and other customer service channels in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer service standards
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve social media, YouTube content creation, and influencer management processes and strategies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media, customer service, YouTube content creation, and influencer management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools, video editing software, and influencer marketing platforms is a plus
- Ability to work in office 2-3 times per week with 2 days work from home
