As part of our **House Faerie team**, you’ll play a key role in supporting busy families and professionals by managing the details that make daily life run smoothly.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented House Manager** to join our growing team. This role goes beyond cleaning—it’s about supporting clients in all aspects of home upkeep and lifestyle management. From organizing pantries and managing laundry to assisting with errands and creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll become a trusted partner in the homes you serve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough residential cleaning and deep detailing to uphold Brooms & Bubbles’ high standards.
- Manage laundry duties (wash, dry, fold, iron, and put away).
- Provide light organizing support (closets, pantries, storage areas) to create order and efficiency.
- Run household errands such as groceries, supply restocking, or dry cleaning.
- Support seasonal tasks, event prep/takedown, and home transitions (move-ins/outs, staging, etc.).
- Maintain a proactive cleaning/household schedule to anticipate client needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand preferences and adjust services accordingly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Uphold a sense of care and comfort that makes each home feel refreshed, calm, and welcoming.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English is required; French is an asset.
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or home management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Comfortable running errands and handling household responsibilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
