You’ll lead the housekeeping and laundry crew, ensuring everything is guest-ready, from rooms to public spaces. Beyond the basics, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, inspire your crew and keep operations efficient—while bringing the Moxy energy to every corner of the hotel. WHO YOU ARE 3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in hotels. 2-year degree/diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field + 2 years’ experience. Preferred Extras Housekeeping experience with a major hotel brand (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, Hyatt) Knowledge of housekeeping policies and systems (FOSSE/LIGHTSPEED, Marriott GXP, Adaco, MS Office) Experience with in-house laundry operations Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Bilingual (English/French) an asset Experience in hotel opening, pre-opening environments, hotel renovation and brand conversion Problem‑solving mindset with strong communication skills Experience in a unionized environment At Moxy, attitude is just as important as experience.
