Customer Service Representative/inside Sales

The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for utilizing and preforming data entry on both MaestroVision's CRM and Accounting tools.
**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**
- Make first contact with potential customers in CRM system
- Follow-up from suspect stage to Demo stage
- Make daily searches of potential opportunities on bid search engines
- Study requests for information (RFIs), requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for quote (RFQ’s) and attending pre-proposal conferences.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets technical requirements for each opportunity
- Respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ documentation
- Maintain accurate and reliable data in CRM system.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Must possess good time management and organizational skills
- Strong writing skills necessary to create detailed system proposals
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
**Required Education**
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
Familiarity with office software and phone systems
**Experience**
- Experience with State, Local and National Government sales process preferred
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
